Iva Nell Thornton Clark, 94, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

She was born in Smith County, MS and resided in Raleigh, MS till she finished high school. She lived in various places with her husband, Donald C. Clark while he was serving in the US Marines Corp. They ultimately settled in Pensacola, FL and lived here for over 50 years. Mrs. Clark was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Clark and daughter, Glenna Jean Clark.

Survivors include her son, Neel T. Clark (Vivian) of Pensacola, FL; her daughter, Deborah Brown (Robert) of Woodbridge, VA; also 7 grandchildren, Donde Wiltcher, Thomas J. Bouchillon, Katie Kalmes, Jennifer Murrow, Ashtin LaFountain, Andrew Clark, and Alec Clark; as well as 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 2:00pm until the Funeral Service to begin at 3:00pm Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.

Graveside Service will be held 2:00pm Friday, December 23, 2016 at High Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Raleigh, MS.

The family wants to give a special thanks to the staff of Arcadia Rehab Unit and Emerald Coast Hospice.
