Jim is survived by his wife of 50 years, Martha Miles Moulton of Pensacola; daughters Mary Moulton of Pensacola, Catherine Moulton Garrigan (her husband John) of Encinitas, CA and Margaret Moulton Browning (her husband Chris) of Pensacola and five grandchildren: Ashlyn Kathleen Garrigan, Whitney Margaret Garrigan, Savannah Miles Browning, Mary Catherine Browning, and James Moulton Browning. He is survived by his brother Bob Moulton of Pensacola. He was preceded in death by his two brothers Larry and Wright Moulton.

Jim was President of Moulton Properties and was a licensed general contractor.  Earlier in his career, he was President of the Moulton Drug Stores and served on the University of Florida Pharmacy Board.

Jim was raised at Gadsden Street Methodist Church and he served on the Board of Stewarts.  In later years, he and his family joined First United Methodist. He was extremely proud of his Pensacola heritage and was very involved in the community. He served as the President of Fiesta of Five Flags, on the Fiesta Board of Governors, and on the Conquistadors Board. He also was a member of the Order of Tristan, and was President of Pensacola North Rotary.  Jim served the City of Pensacola on the Board of Adjustments.

He was an avid outdoorsman, dedicated family man, and especially enjoyed hunting with family and friends.

There will be a private family burial service at Robert's Cemetery.

The Celebration of Life will take place Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at 9 am at First United Methodist Church with a reception to follow.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Moulton; John Garrigan; Chris Browning; Oliver Dykes; Dr. Daniel Doty and Dr. James E. Miles.
