James Castleberry, 44, of Pensacola passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
Jamie was born February 6, 1972 in Pensacola, FL and graduated from Pine Forest High School in 1990. He served his country in the United States Army.
He was a devoted husband and father. You would see Jamie in every pre-dance picture of the girls, making sure their house was tidy or watching Alabama football with his wife and daughters (Roll Tide!). His friend,Tommy Hargen said, "You were a quiet man...reserved...always ready to learn something new always willing to lend an ear or a hand."
Jamie was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Katie (Endress) Castleberry of Pensacola, FL; daughters, Georgia Leigh Endress, Angela Castleberry, Olivia Castleberry and Ella Castleberry all of Pensacola, FL; father, George Castleberry (Joyce) of Pensacola, FL; mother, Carolyn Morgan (David) of Pensacola, FL; brother, Jeffrey Castleberry of Hernando, MS; many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will begin at 11:00am until the Funeral Service at 12:00pm Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Donald Endress officiating. Burial will follow at Eastern Gate Memorial Park.
Active Pallbearers will be Jason Huffman, John Endress, Eric Perdue, Kayne Kenfield, Jay Stromgren, Chris Davis.

The Castleberry Family would like to express a special thanks to the ER, Pastoral staff, Physicians, and Palliative care at Baptist Hospital. A very special thank you to the nurses in ICCU that took direct care of Jamie and comforted his family daily. Special thanks to His employer REW Materials and co-workers that assisted in his time of need.
Jamie had a love for football, and in honor of this, the family request that ones attending the services please dress in your favorite college/sports team colors.
