James F. " Jim" Forst, 61, of Pensacola, FL, our loving husband, father and grandfather passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 20, 2016.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 40 years, Juanita Forst; his brother, Charles "Chuck" Forst and sister, Kathy Walery; his three children; son, Clinton Forst and wife Amanda Forst, son, Jesse Forst, and his daughter, Vanessa Hinton. His six granddaughters; Haley 17, Courtney 9, Caitlyn 8, Kirsten 14, Kristina 6 and Kelsey 3 will miss their Shoo-Shoo/Pa-Pa and his wonderful stories, funny expressions and generous loving presence.

Jim will be missed by his loving family as well as his many friends and co-workers.

Jim was a colorful character in life and will be remembered for his quick smile and wit as well as always being ready to deliver a one liner. Jim spent most of his professional life as a Painting contractor and worked for years with MIC Specialty Coatings and he did his own painting business for the last 15 years, Over the last few years, he has worked as Wing Zones Driver Supervisor.

At the request of Jim, cremation has taken place.

There will be a Celebration of Life visitation on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm from the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, located at 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504. The family will be present at the funeral home on Saturday to receive family and friends.
