James Heaney 64, of Pensacola, FL passed away August 30, 2023.

James was born, July 4, 1959, in Glasgow, Scotland. He was a long-time resident of Pensacola.

James was a happy and humble man and loved his family and his friends. He greeted everyone with love and kindness, and he always had a bright smile to offer.

He will be greatly missed by so many.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Doreen Belay Kilcoyne and his father, Patrick J. Heaney.

James is survived by his sister, Yvonne Heaney of Pensacola, FL; brother, Patrick K. Heaney of Pensacola, FL; sons, Michael Heaney and Jordan Heaney both of Pensacola, FL; nephews, Adam (Brooke) of Pensacola, FL and Keith (Lauren) of Pensacola, FL; and nieces, Taylor (George) of Seminole, FL and Patrice (Ben) of Pensacola FL.
