James "Jim" O'Brien, 50, of Pensacola, FL passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016.
Jim was born on December 19, 1965 in Monson, MA. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. He graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute. He opened and was the Chef of his own restaurant for the last 18 years, O'Brien's Bistro here in Pensacola. Jim found great peace and enjoyment in riding his beloved Harley motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rita and Tom O'Brien.
Survivors include his loving wife, Edye O'Brien; a daughter, Micaela Nicole O'Brien; his brothers, Tom O'Brien of Monson, MA and Mark O'Brien of Jacksonville, FL; as well as a sister, Colleen Beaulieu of Monson, MA.
Private Family Services will be observed at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jim's name to the Hotel for Dogs & Cats,
