Jane Kirk Kimbrell, 91, a child of God, of Pensacola passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Azalea Trace. Jane was born July 24, 1923 in Washington, D.C. to Anne Duryea and Norman T. Kirk. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Marvin R. Kimbrell Jr., also by her sister and husband, Ann and Harry Willard of Bedford, MA. Survivors include her children, James Kirk Kimbrell and his wife, Betty of Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada and her daughter, Jane Kimbrell Davis of Monticello, FL along with her grandsons, Matt Davis and his wife, Lisa of Monticello, FL and Ryan Davis and his wife, Lydia and great grandson, Cole James Davis of Jacksonville, FL and nieces and nephews of MA. "She tried to do the best she could with what she had." A Memorial service will be held at 11:00am Monday, January 26, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church, Pensacola. A Columbarium placement will precede the service at 10:15am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 33 E. Gregory St., Pensacola, FL 32502.
