On Monday, August 5, 2024, Jeannine "Neenie" Miller Pritchett gained her wings. Neenie was born on November 15, 1932, to Charlie and Lauredo (Colley) Miller in Pensacola, FL. Neenie began working for her sister, Bernice Miller Burlingame, teaching dance and baton at Bernice's Dance Studio (later known as Starrstep Dance Studio). She also taught ballroom to military service men during WWII.

During high school, Neenie became head majorette at PHS and was awarded a scholarship to University of Oklahoma. She chose to stay in Pensacola and attended Pensacola Junior College. In 1955, Neenie married Harold Edward Pritchett (deceased).

Neenie went on to work for Gayfers at Town & Country Plaza and was one of the first employees to transfer to the then newly constructed Cordova Mall. She retired from Gayfers (now Dillard's) with many fond memories.

Neenie remained involved with the dance studio for many years, helping backstage and ultimately becoming like a second mom and grandma to many young and talented dancers.

Neenie is survived by her children, Darlene Ward-Reno and Darren Pritchett; granddaughter, Brandi Woolery; nieces, Starr Burlingame and Julie Pritchett Huff; nephew, Brad Pritchett, other extended family members, the dance community family, and "The Waltons".

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday, August 12, 2024, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
