IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jenny Marie
Bergeron
June 12, 1976 – November 14, 2016
Jenny was born in New Orleans, LA. After moving to Pensacola, she graduated from Woodham High School in 1994. She was currently employed as a bartender at Sir Richard's Cocktail Bar.
Growing up, Jenny loved to pick and eat all kinds of berries. She loved all flavors of ice cream especially "strawberry cheesecake." She would tell you that her favorite foods were her mom's beef stew, her mom's pork chops, her mom's broccoli casserole and her mom's "blueberry yum yum" for dessert. Her high school years were full of fun and sleepovers with girlfriends. She loved to ride her bike. She loved her downtown Pensacola lifestyle, partying with friends and she was always happy. Her favorite things were stars, purple Iris's and classic rock.
Jenny's greatest happiness was being with her love of five years, fiance', Geoffrey VanDusen and playing with their kitties, Little Sis, Bubrub and Stagger Lee.
If Jenny could be known for only one thing, it would definitely be her smile! She was loved by all who knew her and will be forever in our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents, Minnie and Asay Robicheaux; maternal grandparents, Sally Cobb and John M. Brizzard I and step-grandfather, Bill Cobb.
Jenny is survived by her father, Bill Bergeron (Carol) of Gulf Breeze, FL; mother, Betty Neese and step-father, John Neese of Cantonment, FL; brother, Alan Bergeron of Cantonment, FL; uncles, Billy Brizzard (Jackie) of Bloomington, IN, Tom Cobb (Carol) of Pearl River, LA, John Brizzard II (Missy) of Pensacola, FL and fiance' Geoffrey VanDusen of Pensacola, FL.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 5:00 pm until the memorial service begins at 6:00 pm at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jim Harris officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Humane Society of Pensacola, 2480 West Navy Blvd. Pensacola, FL 32505.
Heartfelt thanks to all friends and family who remembered Jenny with kind words and special memories.
