Jimmy
Faulk
December 1, 1938 – November 5, 2025
James L. "Jimmy" Faulk, 86, of Pensacola, FL passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Jimmy was born on December 1, 1938, in Selma AL to Caswell R. and Winnie Faulk. He graduated from Wilcox County High School where he excelled in academics and sports. After graduation, he proudly served his country in the US Army Reserves. He attended Auburn University and remained a staunch Auburn fan his entire life. He also attended Troy State University. Jimmy moved to Pensacola in 1962 and started his 34-year career working for Monsanto. He ultimately retired in 1996 from Monsanto and picked up his second career which was playing senior travel softball all over the country with Ed's Aluminum. Jimmy played ball until he was 70 years old! He was a longtime member of East Brent Baptist Church, where he sung in the choir and worked with the youth group. Jimmy was a people person and never met a stranger. He dearly loved his daily walks in the neighborhood speaking with friends and neighbors. Jimmy was also a true family man, always attending every activity his son or grandchildren were involved in.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Linda Boley Faulk; son, Randall Faulk (Lindsay); grandsons, Cody Faulk (fiancée, Delaney) and Easton Faulk; and his sister, Ann F. Hoyt.
