Obituary

John A. Everman, 58, of Pensacola passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 after a lengthy illness. John was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He was a member of Heights Baptist Church and graduated from Washington High School in Pensacola. John had worked as a parts manager in the A/C refrigeration and food service equipment industry. John has always had a passion for motorcycles and many will remember him from motocross racing days. He also loved to spend his weekends doing yard work, watching football and NASCAR. He is preceded in death by his parents, Forrest G. Everman and Ruth W. Everman and brother, Daniel L. Everman. He is survived by his wife of over 25 years, Jeanne Sealy Everman; son, Matthew D. Everman; sister and brother in law, Suzan (Suzi) Wheeler-Beck and Michael Beck; sisters in law, Carol Sealy, MaryAnn Libertucci (Tom); brothers-in-law, Doug Sealy (Barbara), Jerry Sealy (Tim) and Kevin Sealy; nieces, Crystal and Starla Wheeler, grand niece, Lyanna Wheeler of Pensacola, along with nephews and nieces, Chris and Jill Vallee of Kansas City, MO, Peter and Julia Libertucci of Albany, NY, Russ and Alyx Sealy of Glens Falls, NY, Nick and Gabrielle Ambrosino also of Glens Falls, NY, along with numerous cousins and more and last but not least, his beloved dog, Rudy. Visitation will be at 1:00pm until the Funeral Service at 2:00pm Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with John's cousin Rev. Paul Earley officiating. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. The Everman Family would like to express a very special thank you to the staff at the Health Center of Pensacola as well as the staff at Joyce Goldenberg Covenant Hospice Residence, especially Dennis and Kathy for all of their wonderful care given John and support to our family.
