John Thomas Keith, 75, of Pensacola, FL passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 4, 2023.

John was born on April 6, 1948, in Mobile, AL to Charles and Louise Keith. He graduated from McGill Institute and Faulkner State College with a degree in Computer Science. John was a longtime resident of Pensacola and worked for Sacred Heart Hospital for 19 years and Baptist Healthcare, retiring after 27 years of service as Director of Information Services. After retirement, he volunteered his time at the Naval Aviation Museum and for the Blue Angel's Wednesday practices. He was an avid golfer since childhood. He was an active member of the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel, where he served on the church council and belonged to the Knights of Columbus. He also served many years on the Board of Directors for Central Credit Union of Florida.

John is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Charles "Chick" Keith.

Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Diane Searcy Keith and his son, Jason of Panama City Beach, FL.

Visitation will be held 2:00pm-4:00pm Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be prayed at 3:40pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:10pm Monday, May 8, 2023, at the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel, with Fr. Joe Fowler celebrant. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus.
