John Daniel Radford, 86, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. John was born in Samson, AL on July 31, 1929.
He proudly served in the US Army (Sgt.) and was a Korean Conflict veteran. He retired from Monsanto in 1985 after 25 years of service.
John and his wife, Sadie were longtime members of St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in Navarre, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sadie Radford; his parents, John and Martha Radford; brothers, Ray and Robert Radford and his sisters, Myrtis Williams, Florence Cassani and Evelyn Ferguson.
John is survived by his daughters; Rita (Wade) Mattson and Julia (Michael) Manning; grandchildren, Chad Mattson, Megan (Joe) Siefert, Caitlin Manning and Taylor Manning; great grandchildren, Camden Siefert and Sadie Siefert; a brother, Roy Radford and a sister, Alta Clark along with numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Bayview Memorial Park with Capt. Lawrence Horne, US Navy, (ret.) officiating, and with Army Military honors.
