John Charles Smedley, age 88, of North Bend, OR, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2022.

John was born on November 13, 1933, in Chula Vista, CA to the late Samuel and Elizabeth Campbell Smedley.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joeida Smedley who passed away in 2001 and was the mother of his three children; his two sisters, Mary Nichols and Sandra Burton.

John was a veteran of the US ARMY and had retired from work as an Aerospace Engineer.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Anita Smedley; his three children, John, Janine and Sam Smedley; nine grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
