Joseph A. Nunnari, Jr., 90, of Pensacola, FL passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015. Joe was born in Pensacola, FL on November 25, 1924 to Joseph and Anita Nunnari. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII. Joe retired from the US Postal Service in 1975. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and an avid pool player at Bayview Senior Center. He is preceded in death by his wife, Wynona Glover Nunnari. Survivors include his son, Joe Nunnari, III; daughter, Carol Nunnari and two grandsons, Talmadge and Joseph Nunnari. Visitation will be held 5-7pm Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with a prayer service to begin at 5:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00am Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel with Fr. Eugene Pathe celebrant. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family wishes to give a special thanks to Regency Hospice for their care and support.
