Kathy Lynne Boland, 53, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2010. She was born on July 23, 1957 in Pensacola. She worked for the Escambia County School District for over 30 years and made numerous friends. Preceding her in death were her father, Howard Harrison and a nephew, Matthew Harrison. She is survived by her husband, James Boland; her mother, Iva Harrison; her daughters, Amy Taylor (Will) and Amanda Ninivaggi; grandchildren, Brianna, Kelli, Colten and Carson; a sister, Beth Peterson (Michael). Also survived by her stepchildren, Stephanie Potts (Brennan and Brody) and Steven Boland (Jennifer and Steven, Jr.) and her in-laws, Scott and Jobie Oehrle (Heather and Kai); Mary Boland, Bill Boland and Chuck and Dina Boland (Kimberly, Christopher and Kaitlin); her mother-in-law, Florence Boland; her great nephew, little Matt; her aunts, Bobbie Pugh, Marie Waters and Betty Sue Griffin; her uncles, Buddy Morris and Wayne Morris and numerous cousins along with her special canine companion, Phoebe. Visitation will be from 5-7pm Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10am Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Wayne Morris officiating. Burial follows at Bayview Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Johnny Scapin, Scott Oehrle, Chuck Boland, Steve Boland, Steve Bodie and Skip Presley. The family would like to give a special Thanks to all the nurses, staff and palliative care on the second floor of Sacred Heart Hospital for taking such good care of our family during our trying time.
