Kathy Jo Vallimont, 67, of Pensacola, FL., passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025.

Kathy was born on October 1, 1957, was a devoted wife, loving mother and a cherished Nana. Her warmth, strength and love for life touched everyone who knew her.

Kathy graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School and dedicated over a decade of her life to nurturing and guiding young minds as an educator and administrator at St. Ann's Children Discovery. Her compassion and commitment to children left a lasting impact on countless families. Kathy was never far from the coast and was born and raised on the water and she found her greatest happiness in the time she spent with her family and friends. Kathy loved everything related to the beach, crabbing, swimming, boating and the sun! Her warmth, laughter and loving nature will be missed and forever remembered.

She was a breast cancer survivor, having bravely overcome the disease nearly 20 years ago, a testament to her resilience and fighting spirit.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Luverne Russ Bowen and Henry Bowen.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Edward Vallimont; sons, Jake Noa (Michelle), Bryan Noa and Nathan Noa (Arezoo); grandchildren, Wyland, Julia, Bryson, Olivia and Sophia; brother, John Bowen and sister Marilyn Buford.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the funeral mass celebrated by Fr. John Licari begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Frank Patti, Jr., Lacey Clark, Chris Bowen, John P. Bowen, Jake Noa and Jon Herring. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Noa, Bryan Noa, Jim Vallimont and David Manzi, Jr.
