Kay Bullard Garth, 80, of Pensacola, FL, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022.

Kay was born in Mobile, AL on November 10, 1941. She graduated from Pensacola High School in 1959 and the University of Southern Mississippi in 1963. She taught elementary school in Houston for a brief period after college. She was a real estate agent for Donovan Realty and a co-owner of J. Frank Company.   Many of her custom metal pieces can be found in homes in Pensacola.

Kay loved "all things unusual and wacky" and she had a unique ability of never meeting a stranger. She loved entertaining friends and her 4th of July and New Year's Eve parties in her home overlooking Pensacola Bay were renowned. Kay loved all animals and cherished her great group of friends. She was a member of the Krewe of Mystic Maids, Krewe of Pierrettes and was a sustaining member of the Pensacola Junior League. She loved folk art and was a co-owner of Southern Visionary Art.

Mrs. Garth is preceded in death by her husband, Winston Fearn Garth, III; parents, John Frank Bullard, Sr. and Margaret Moran Bullard; nephew, Bradley Stephen Bullard and son in law, Todd Arturo Vilardi. She is survived by her daughters, Kristen Broussard Smitham and Shannon Broussard Vilardi; brother, John Frank Bullard, Jr. M.D. (Anne Renfroe); nephews, John Michael Bullard and Robert Joseph Bullard (Elizabeth Elebash) and many close friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Fr. George Thekku celebrant.  Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

A reception will follow at the home of Dr. and Mrs. John Bullard, 2721 Dunsinane Road, Pensacola, FL 32503.
