Kevin Neal Jobe, age 56, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021, in Pensacola, FL.

Kevin was born on May 14, 1965, in Tucson, AZ to his parents, Phillip Carl and Barbara Wiley Jobe. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Kevin grew up spending time in Arizona, Nebraska and Louisiana. He graduated from Southwood High School in Shreveport, LA. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeast Louisiana University and then went on to get his MBA from New Mexico State University.

Kevin loved to spend time fishing and was a real outdoorsman. He also really enjoyed photography and cooking. In his youth he was a high school athlete and throughout his life he remained passionate about both playing and watching sports. Kevin worked primarily in the transportation industry, first with Greyhound and then later he worked with Southwest Airlines at two different times. Later in his career he worked in technology for SAP, a multinational software company, and most recently he worked as a business systems consultant to Wells Fargo Bank.  Kevin will be missed by many.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Barbara Wiley Jobe, of Shreveport, LA; his father, Phillip Carl Jobe, of Las Cruces, NM; a sister, Kristie Shelton, of North Richland Hills, TX; two sons, Matthew Jobe and Parker Jobe, of Gulf Breeze, FL; his fiancée, Amy Horneman, of Gulf Breeze, FL; two nephews, Stephen Shelton and Nathan Shelton; a niece, Sophie Shelton; cousins, Larry May, Philip May and Robert May; as well as an aunt, Linda Guzman.

A memorial service will be held in January 2022 in Shreveport, LA.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, FL for the loving care shown to Kevin during his time there.
