Kevin T. LeRoy, 48, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018.

Kevin was born June 5th, 1970 to parents Ted and Lucy LeRoy. Kevin attended Episcopal Day School in Pensacola FL and graduated from Woodham High School in 1989. After graduation he joined the United States Marine Corps (USMC) 3 ^rd Force Reconnaissance and served until 1994. He attended the State of Florida Fire Academy and graduated from the inaugural fire class #1 at Pensacola Junior College in 1993. Thus, began his odyssey in the fire service that literally took him around the world.

- KBR Bagram Air Base (Afghanistan)
- KBR Camp Al-Taji (Irag)
- Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport (California)
- Naval Support Activity Panama City Beach (Florida)

Kevin was able to return home and was working on the same area beaches where he grew up and spent his final years close to friends and family. He loved RV camping, especially at the springs of Central Florida, but was also very fond of the open water. Whether swimming, fishing, diving, or sailing, Kevin was often found out on a body of water somewhere.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Theodore LeRoy; his step-father, Joseph Cunnigham Daniel and grandparents, Donald and Violet Coppage.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Lucy LeRoy Daniel; his brother, Todd LeRoy (Sherry) and of course the many friends and family too numerous to list but were each an important part of his life.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church with a reception to follow.

The family would like to thank everyone for loving Kevin throughout his life and for the support since his passing.
