Brigitta "Kitty" H. Lujan, 78, of Pensacola, FL passed away Monday, July 11, 2022.

Mrs. Lujan was born on November 23, 1943, in Augsburg, Germany, and moved with her family to the United States when she was 17 years old. She was placed in high school not being able to speak English, bur before graduating one year later had self-taught herself the English language. She met her future husband, Arsenio D. "AD" Lujan on the base her father was stationed while playing Bingo. They were married six months later and were married for 53 years. She was Catholic by faith. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Brigitta will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William E and Emma C. Hicks; her husband, Arsenio D. "AD" Lujan.

Mrs. Lujan is survived by her daughter, Ursula Lujan-Scapin (John Scapin); son, Vincent Lujan; grandchildren, Gabriel Lujan, Demetri Scapin and Alena Scapin.

Visitation will be 12:00pm until the Funeral Service at 1:00pm on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Deacon Pat LaPointe officiating. Burial will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations can be made in Mrs. Lujan's name to Pensacola Humane Society, 5 N Q St., Pensacola, FL 32505.
