Larry Michael Tronu, 60, Pensacola native, went home to be with our Lord December 23, 2012. Larry and his wife, Barbara, were married 33 loving years where God was always served as head of their home. As owner of Climate Control Contractors Inc. for 35 years, he was a respected local business owner. He was a member of the Krewe of Lafitte and Karnival Kavaliers. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Robert A. "Bobby" Tronu, and his brother, David Tronu. He is survived by his wife, Barbara "BJ"; children, LaTrelle' Cook (Donnie), Micah Kristiansen (Michael) and Larry Tronu, II (Michelle); nine grandchildren; his mother, June Tronu; brother, Robert "Bob" Tronu (Donna); sisters, Patricia Arrington (Randy), Teresa Jansen (Ron), Angela Carter (Larry); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held 5:30 - 7:30pm Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 11:00am Friday, December 28, 2012 at Liberty Church (Blue Angel Parkway) with Pastor Buford Lipscomb officiating. Interment will follow at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers are first cousins: Randy Tronu, Steve Tronu, Jim Tronu, Stanley Carroll, John Carroll, Steve Carroll, Ronnie Carroll and Mark Carroll. Honorary Pallbearers are Warren Culbertson, Captain Kenny Higdon, Captain Billy Roberson, his Fishing Buddies and members of the Krewe of Lafitte.
