LCDR Aarion Willhauck, US Navy, (ret.), 78, of Pensacola passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Mr. Willhauck was born on September 19, 1930 in Union City, TN to Everett and Ollie Willhauck. He graduated from East Tennessee University in 1953 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He had a 23-year career in the US Navy earning his wings in October 1955. Mr. Willhauck also retired from Escambia County Sheriff Department as a County Court Security Officer, County Court Mediator. He had 10 years in real estate sales. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and the Sunday School Class, Open Hearts, Open Minds.He was an avid golfer. His parents Everett and Ollie Willhauck, sisters Ella Louise and June Janeway preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 56 years Ann Willhauck; daughters Jacqueline Bruetting (Dale), Carolyn Dunsing (Fred), Jennifer McKee (Thom), Amy Kreitzburg (Jack); twin brother Marion Willhauck (Betty); 16 grandchildren and 7 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00pm Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am Friday, May 15, 2009 at First United Methodist Church, Dr. Robert Mills and Rev. Karen Evans officiating. Burial will follow at the Barrancas National Cemetery with full military honors. Active Pallbearers will be Howard Grimes, and his grandsons Aaron Manning, Andrew Manning, Michael McKee, Travis McKee and David Bebo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ted Grant, Robert McGinn and Price Legg.
