Lerma Linezo Bersabal, born in the Philippines and longtime Pensacola resident, was called to heaven on Saturday, June 22, 2024. Survived by her husband, Juan Bersabal, and their two children: Michael (Jacky) Bersabal and Jennie (Justin) Bryars (née Bersabal). Died at the age of 74.

After the passing of her mother, Bernarda Linezo, Lerma was acting matriarch for her brothers: Herminio Linezo, Salvador Linezo and Victor Linezo Jr.; sisters: Amor Del Rosario, Lucilyn Vega and Emily Arias.

She had a giving heart, joyful presence and humble reputation. For decades, she worked in the medical tech field throughout Pensacola, Florida. She lived a blessed life and was a devout catholic and active parishioner at Little Flower Catholic Church.

To celebrate her life and the memories we cherish, visitation services will be at Little Flower Catholic Church on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10 a.m. with mass starting at 11 a.m. The procession will follow to Holy Cross Cemetery where she will be laid to her final place of rest. A reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall of St. Mark Methodist Church located at 2203 N 12th Ave. We welcome all of those whose lives were touched by her amazing presence to join us. She was and is deeply loved and will be missed by many.
