Linda Bailey Snow, 83, of Orlando, FL., passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026.
The youngest child of nine, Linda was born in Beulah, Florida on September 28, 1943. On September 28, 1975, 32 years later to the day, Linda Bailey married Bob Snow who was an accomplished entrepreneur. Linda was his co-pilot in life, his navigator, his partner through it all.
She was proud of her work as a court stenographer, travel as a flight attendant, and experiences in Asia, Africa, and all over Europe. Linda traveled the world with Bob. She enjoyed watching football and spending time with family. She had great times over fantastic meals with stupendous friends. She was also an avid reader and loved going to movies with her son.
Aside from being a devoted wife to Bob for 49 years, Linda played a multitude of roles in her only son Christopher and his family’s lives including mom, grandmother, chef, chauffeur, ball player, and entertainer. Linda loved caring for her family and making sure her Bailey family stayed connected through time on Pensacola Beach or at Big Mama’s house.
Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bob; her parents, Andrew Jackson Bailey and Louise Powell Bailey; sisters, Jan Busbee, Bea Rivers, Alma Guedry, Barbara Bailey and her brothers Grover Bailey, Ben Bailey, and Wayne Bailey.
Linda is survived by her loving and caring son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Bethany Snow and favorite grandchildren, Rebecca and Jacob Snow. Linda is also survived by her beloved sister, Myrtle Bailey; her adored sister-in-law, Mary Goracke (Hubie); nephews, Dale Hipsh, John Goracke (Jessica); and a host of loved relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm with the funeral service at 1:00 pm on Saturday October 24, 2026, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel in Pensacola, FL. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. Reception to follow with location to be determined.
