Lucye 'Bonnie' Bondurant (Finney) Domoslay, of Pensacola and aged 68, passed away on October 3, 2022, at USA Health in Mobile, AL.
Bonnie was born on June 30, 1954, in Martinsville, VA, and was a graduate of Martinsville High School and attended Old Dominion University. She joined her loving husband, Steven Domoslay, in matrimony on April 7, 1979, in Martinsville, VA. Bonnie was a kind and loving wife and mother who loved deeper than most in this world. Her family was her biggest passion in life and her time spent traveling with them brought her immense joy, especially in support of her husband's career in the United States Navy. Bonnie always had the ability to make a person smile and feel loved and was a highly skilled Skip-Bo player, always playing to win.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Grace Ann Domoslay; parents, Charlie, and Lucye (Bondurant) Finney; and in-laws Steve and Christine (Gugerbauer) Domoslay.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Domoslay; son David (Hannah) Domoslay; grandchildren, Eleanor and Archer Domoslay and Lukas, Jackson, Coleman, and Mason Paul; brothers, Charles Marvin (Kate) Finney, Charles Michael (Susan) Aaron, Phillip Douglas (Alice) Aaron; sister-in-law, Diana (Rob) Richmond; nieces, Laura Townes, Erin (Michael) Borum, Shannon Richmond, Olivia Aaron, Natalie Aaron, and Emilee Aaron; nephews, Brendan Finney, Stephen Richmond, Phillip Aaron II, and Cameron (Hannah) Aaron; as well as numerous cousins.
Family, friends, and others are invited to the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504, from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM on Friday, October 7, 2022, to reminisce and honor the life of our lovingly missed Bonnie. Immediately following visitation Bonnie will be interred at Barrancas National Cemetery, with a Graveside Service for her family and close friends, at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (www.jdrf.org).
