Mamie Lou Kalfus, 85, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully on May 27, 2013 and went to be with her Heavenly Savior. She earned her degree from East Mississippi Junior College and spent 40 years in the banking business, retiring from Bank of America as a Vice President. She will be missed by her family and friends and her long time bridge club members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathy and Jack Aust; her brother, Jack Aust, Jr. and her loving and devoted husband of 67 years, Victor Kalfus, Jr. Survivors include her two sons, Victor Kalfus, III (Robbie) and Jack Kalfus (Laurie); grandchildren, Jason, Austin, Heather and Kody; great-grandchildren, Austin, II, Kenzy, Cameron, Brittany, McKayla, Kyle and Hayden; her sisters, Jean Knight and Robby Faye Briggs; and her brother, James Aust; as well as many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. Visitation will be held 5-7pm Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 11:00am Friday, May 31, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ken Autrey and Debra Tallman officiating. Burial will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her nephews, Kirk Knight, Jr., Bill Briggs, Greg Briggs, Keith Palmer, K.K. Knight and Brian Briggs.
