Marguerite A. Gardner, age 90, of Pensacola, was called home after a brief illness on January 3, 2019. She was born in Omaha, NE on August 25, 1928 to the late Frank and Clarisse Bonacci. Marguerite was a lifetime member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was director of Northwest Florida Hospice before her retirement. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald E. Gardner, Sr.; her daughter Julie Ann Gardner; her parents; and many beloved family members and friends. Those left to cherish her memory are her children Donald E. (Phyllis) Gardner, Jr. of Pensascola, FL and Ronald L. (Arlene) Gardner of Pace, FL; grandchildren Donald E. Gardner, III and David F. Gardner; great-grandsons David and Liam; and a host of extended family, friends, and cherished sorority sisters.

Committal service will be at 1:30pm Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Barrancas National Cemetery. Fr. John Licari as celebrant. A funeral cortege will depart at 1:00pm from Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504.
