Marilyn Ann Johnson Tuttle, 81, native of Pensacola, FL, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 1, 2022.

Marilyn was born in Pensacola, FL and graduated from Pensacola High School. She attended Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and later the University of West Florida where she acquired her BA degree in English (1973). Marilyn was a very talented artist, with a love for painting and photography and was formerly employed as a graphic artist by Graphics Atlanta in Atlanta, GA and later by St. Regis Paper Company. She also enjoyed calligraphy, reading, poetry, and playing dominoes & scrabble with family and friends. Above all, she enjoyed her years at home spent raising her daughter.

Marilyn was a faithful Christian, a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, and the Joy Sunday School Class at Olive Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents I. J. Johnson & Ernestine Bowman Johnson; and her sister, Carolyn Johnson Duncan of Wimberly, TX.

Marilyn leaves behind her daughter, Christina Ann Tuttle Cazalet (Chris); granddaughter, Aurora Lynn Cazalet; brother, Daryl Johnson (Cheryl); and stepsister, Janie Pettitte Hubbard of Tucson, AZ.

Visitation will be held 1:00pm until a Funeral Service to begin 2:00pm Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Pat Mobley officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to the Preschool Ministry at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 800 E Nine Mile Rd., Pensacola, FL 32514.
