Marilynn Melcher, beloved wife of the late John A. Melcher, Sr., passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025, she was 99 years old. Marilynn met her husband in Cleveland, OH and most recently resided in Pensacola, FL. 

She is survived by her sister, Alberta; and four children, John, Chris, Paul and George; grandchildren, Jarred, Brooke, Jennifer, Patrick, Fen, and Adam; great grandchildren, Renee, Elise, Jordon, Daniel, Levi, Lyndsay, and Freya; as well as a great-great grandson, Nicolai. 

Marilynn enjoyed needle work, travel, and the company of her family. 

A reception will be held 1:00pm until a Memorial Service begins at 2:00pm Monday, February 9, 2026, at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 6305 N. Blue Angel Pkwy., Pensacola, FL 32526.
