Marion Edwina Pilcher, 86, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

Marion was born on September 20, 1934 in New Orleans, LA and moved to Pensacola in 1948 where she graduated from Pensacola High School and Sacred Heart School of Nursing. She worked for 25 years in the Orthopedic Department at the Medical Center Clinic. Marion was a member of the Krewe of Aphrodite where she attended many balls, parades, and social outings. Crafting and decorating were her favorite hobbies. She never missed a trip to visit the casinos in Biloxi and Atmore where she loved playing the slot machines. She was a devout catholic and was a long-time member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Marian Boudreaux; her husband of 61 years, Howard Pilcher and her godchild and niece, Terry Boudreaux Colley.

Survivors include her son, Jim Pilcher (Lynn) of Pensacola; daughter, Julie Papalardo (Dana) of Largo, FL; brother, Louis Boudreaux (Inez) of Pensacola; brother-in-law, Frank Pilcher (Peggy) of Pensacola; sister-in-law, Betty Pilcher of Pensacola; godchild, Carson Walsh and Riley Walsh of Pensacola; as well as many cousins in New Orleans, LA.

Graveside Service will be held 11:00am Monday, February 15, 2021 at Bayview Memorial Park with Fr. Jack Campbell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Care Hospice, 5041 N. 12 ^th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
