Mary Arnold Davis, 97, of Spanish Fort, AL and formerly of Lillian died Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Mary was born on August 2, 1919 in Pensacola, the daughter of John Albert Arnold and Anna Pauline Mueller.
She was a Budget Analyst at NAS, Pensacola, retiring after 30 years.
Mary was a member of the Magnolia Garden Club, life-time member of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, a life-long member of the District 1 Judges Council and also was a nationally accredited master flower judge. Mary won many blue ribbons for her beautiful flower arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Homer W. Davis; her parents and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her brothers, M. J., Bill (Vivian) and Jimmy Arnold all of Cantonment, FL; her sister, Helen White of Tampa, FL; a sister-in-law, Joan Arnold of Panama City, FL; niece, Sharon Steelreath (Victor) of Fairhope, AL and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 1pm Saturday, May 6, 2017 with Funeral services beginning at 2pm at Lathram Chapel United Methodist Church, (Barrineau Park) Cantonment, FL with Elder Vicki Merold officiating. Burial follows immediately in Lathram Chapel Cemetery.
