Merly Marin Justice, age 74, of Pensacola, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 24, 2020, in Pensacola, FL. Merly was born to her late parents Benigno and Covcejo Rapada Marin, in Romblon, in the Philippines.

Merly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by many.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her devoted husband of 48 years, David L. Justice, of the home; his children, Jack L. Justice, of Gulf Breeze, Keshia A. Bell, Diamond City, AZ, David C. Justice, Pensacola, David Marin and Lyn Marin Dorde, of the  Philippines; grandchildren, Alexandria K. Justice, Gulf Breeze, Brayden C. Justice, Pensacola, Madeline G. Justice, Gulf Breeze, Nicholas C. Weiss, St. Louis, Aaron J. Weiss, St. Louis, Michael L. Weiss, St. Louis, two sisters, Erma M. Baker, Pensacola, Nila N. Maloney; a brother-in-law, John C. Baker, Pensacola.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. A service to honor the life of Merly will be held 12:30pm Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Aaron H. Gillman officiating. A graveside service will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jack L. Justice, David C, Justice, David M. Bell, Eric M. Baker, James Maloney and Guy T. Winfrey.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Kinder and Alfredo.
