Michael Lewis Mayhall, 63, died of natural causes on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in his home in Pensacola, FL.

He was born September 11, 1958, in Lawrence, KS. He was the son of US Army Col. John Ogden and Marjorie Bailey Mayhall. He graduated Madison Consolidated High School, in Madison, IN. He then went on to graduate the College of Business with a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN in 1980. After graduation from Purdue, Mike worked at Lockheed Martin-Denver where he was a Cost Estimator working classified programs till 1995. In 1995, he took a job at Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation to work the Prospector Program where he was one of the several project control analysis working the large program. After Prospector, Mike moved into management leading the Cost Estimating Group up until April 2010 when he decided to retire early. Mike sold his home in Denver (Washington Park) and moved to Pensacola, FL where he hung out with his beloved bulldog Abigail "Abby" and enjoyed the Gulf surf!! Mike was an avid sports fan, especially with the Purdue Boilermakers, CU Buffs and Denver professional teams.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, John Mayhall, Jack Mayhall and David Mayhall and his sister, Tommie Ann Mayhall Painter.

Survivors include his nephew, Dylan Thomas Mayhall, and wife, Trish; niece, Amber Dawn Mayhall McBride, of Harrison, AR; as well as many great friends!
