Myra Joyce Lambert Thorsen, 86, of Pensacola, FL, died at her home on Monday, November 7, 2022, after a month-long battle with sepsis.

She was born on October 25, 1936, in Pensacola, FL. She married Ted R. Thorsen in 1954 in Lucedale, MS. They divorced in 1969 but remained lifelong friends until his death in July 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Cornelia Lambert; sister, Phyllis Lambert and an infant daughter, Tammy.

She is survived by her son, William F. "Bubba" Thorsen (Renee) of Pensacola; daughter, Geri Landers of Weatherford, TX; grandsons, Theodore J. "TJ" Landers of Weatherford, Richard F. Thorsen of Pensacola, and Patrick H. Thorsen of Pensacola; granddaughter, Kate Thorsen-Burleson (Austin) of Weatherford TX; and one very special great-grandson, William Reinhart "Lil Bubba" Burleson of Weatherford TX; and last, but not least, her beloved Daisy that remained by her side.

Graveside Service will be held 2pm Monday, November 14, 2022, at Holy Cross Cemetery, beside her parents and sister.

She was dearly loved and will be forever missed.
