Myrtle Johnson Wilkins, age 80, of Pensacola, FL went to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ peacefully on May 30, 2013. She was born in Hacoda, AL on January 13, 1933 to Elvin Johnson and Ellie Johnson. She was a resident of Crestview for close to 54 years and lived in Pensacola, FL for the past 22 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Myrtle is survived by her husband of 63 years, Clyde Wilkins; two daughters, Wanda (Jim) MacNeil and Robyn (Craig) Preston; three grandchildren, Kara MacNeil (Aaron) Conti, Steven (Kathryn) Preston and Lindsey Preston; two great-grandchildren, Brady and Cole Conti and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 10:00am until the Funeral Service to begin at 11:00am Monday, June 3, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel in Pensacola. Interment will be held at Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery in Crestview, FL at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
