James Nicholas "Nick" Boyd, 67, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019.

Nick was born on September 19, 1951 in Riverton, NJ. He attended the University of Florida and the University of West Florida, where he received his Masters in Accounting. Nick worked as a Certified Public Accountant and was most recently employed as Vice President of Finance with Ocean Land Investments, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL. He was an avid wood turner and designed furniture. He loved gardening, birds, fish, cats, surfing and bicycling. Nick documented the world with his camera.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Edgar and Virginia (Moyer) Boyd.

Nick is survived by his sisters, Stacey Boyd Howell (John B.), Anda Gagnet (Ted); niece Lee Gagnet; nephews, James Boyd Howell, John B. Howell (Dena) and his loving partner, Deborah Shook.

A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
