Nicky Lane Bass, 53, Heaven gained another angel on Thursday, December 27, 2018.

Nicky was born in Monroe, AL on April 12, 1965. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hobbies such as hunting and fishing. He was both a dedicated husband and loving father. He was the glowing light to fill any room and warmed any heart. He could be anyone's comedian, comforter, or handyman. He touched the lives of those who knew him and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Nicky is preceded in death by his father, Billy Bass and brother, Jason.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, DeeDee Bass; his mother, Edna Wiggins; his siblings, Gina, Wendy, Hope, Kelly, William, Steve and Scott; his children, Kodi Murphy (Nick), Lee Goodell (Samantha), Hollie, and April; grandchild, Kolton Goodell "Little Man".

In Celebration of Nicky's life a visitation will be held 3:00pm until a Memorial Service at 4:00pm Friday, January 4, 2019 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.
