Patsy Baxter, 82, of Pensacola, FL, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017.

Patsy was born and grew up in Russellville, AL. After graduation from Birmingham-Southern College she married Bill and they spent the next 21 years serving with the United States Air Force. Patsy taught in all levels of the school system for over 30 years. Our enduring memory will be of her devotion and unconditional love for family, her loyalty to friends and her tireless support of church and community.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Olive Pace; her brother, Ray Pace; and husband, Bill Baxter.

Survivors include three sons, Chris (Magie), Rick (Barb) and Jerry; three grandchildren, Ashley, Wiley and Sarah; sister-in-law, Mary Pace; nephew, Dan Pace (Chi Chi) and grandniece, Ashley (Nav) Pace-Pall.

A private family service will be held Friday, June 16, 2017 at Barrancas National Cemetery.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 16, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church, Rev. Frank Beall officiating.
