Paula B. Browner, 81, of Pensacola passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014. Mrs. Browner was born in Boston, MA in 1933. Paula moved to Queens, NY after graduating nursing school. Paula retired from Parsons Hospital in New York as Director of Nurses and moved to Pensacola where she has resided for the past 20 years. While in Pensacola, Paula worked as a Nursing Supervisor at The Health Center of Pensacola. Paula is survived by her daughter, Diana and her grandchildren, Jessica and Erica. We all "loved that Gram'. Paula loved life and was blessed with so many wonderful friends. Paula enjoyed traveling the world and her best memory was sailing on the Queen Elizabeth 2 oversees. She always made time for the dog park, her friends and family and a competitive game of scrabble!. Many heartfelt thanks to all the people that touched her life and helped her through these last few years. We will all miss her magnanimous personality and generous nature and will remember her with love and smiles. Visitation will begin at 12:30pm until the Funeral Service at 1:30pm, Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
