Obituary

Pauline passed away Thursday, January 22, 2014 after a long and joyful life. She was born June 22, 1922 in Waco, TX, the daughter of Jim and Margaret Mulligan. She grew up in Beaumont TX. While attending Lamar College she met her future husband, Capt. Glenn Phillips. As a navy wife she traveled throughout the United States and spent time in Taiwan. An avid bridge player, Pauline spent her last fourteen years living at Azalea Trace in Pensacola. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her sister, Lenora White of Beaumont, TX; son, Paul (Mone) Phillips from GA and daughter, Cheryl (Chris) Rummel from AL; grandchildren, Josh (Perry) Lee-Rummel and Julie (Clint) Gordy and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Patience, Hunter and Blake Gordy. Graveside Service will be held 11:45am Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Barrancas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice in her honor.
