Pauline (Polly) Ruth Lengquist, 103, departed this life in Pensacola, FL on December 14, 2010. Mrs. Lengquist was born in Minneapolis, KS on October 15, 1907. She attended Kansas State University where she met her late husband, Robert. She raised her family in the Kansas City, MO area until 1957, then lived in San Carlos and Santa Rosa, CA before moving to Pensacola in 2003. Until recent years she was active in Episcopal churches and organizations in Kansas, Missouri and California. At her death Mrs. Lengquist was a member of Christ Church in Pensacola. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert, her daughters Theresa Boyce and Ann Davis, and her son Eric. She is survived by her son, Doug Lengquist and wife Lynda, of Indian Trail, NC, twelve grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in Monroe, NC. Her ashes will be buried with those of her late husband in the memorial garden at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, Kenwood, CA.
