Phyllis L. Williams, 85, of Pensacola, FL passed away late Friday afternoon, October 20, 2017.

Phyllis taught English and History at PJC for 20 years. She was an ardent reader and supporter of the libraries, the Humane Society and Wildlife Conservation Society. An avid traveler, Phyllis visited more than 40 countries across 4 continents. She and her husband celebrated their 51 ^st wedding anniversary May 2017 in the company of many close friends.

Phyllis is survived by her husband George W. Williams and son, David. She was dearly loved by her friends and close neighbors.

Funeral Cortege will depart Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel at 12:30pm for a Graveside Service at 1:00pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Barrancas National Cemetery.
