Polly Fort O'Neill, 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 7, 2020.

Polly was born on July 20, 1936 to Tomlinson and Beatrice Fort. She was raised in Pittsburgh and attended Allegheny College. She was employed as a medical secretary, and later as a realtor. She enjoyed playing bridge in her early years and in her later years, traveled extensively around the world. Highlights include traveling on the Orient Express and climbing the Great Wall of China. Her favorite places included Singapore, France, Switzerland, and the Amalfi Coast.

She is preceded in death by both parents; her son, Gregory; and husband, Lt. Col. Frank O'Neill.

She is survived by her daughter, Christina Nemecek; sons, Keith and Douglas McMahon; daughter, Margot Lauro (Frank); brother, J. Tomlinson Fort; as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:30pm Friday, December 11, 2020 at Holy Cross Episcopal Church.
