Randolph Randy Rose, 58, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Randy was born in Birmingham, AL. He moved to Flomaton at the age of 6. He became a D.J. at 13. He graduated from Flomaton High, attended the University of Alabama, but decided to be a D.J. full time in different cities. Randy graduated from UWF in 1992 in business and met Mary and they married in 1994. They moved to Panama City, Knoxville, and Decatur, AL. They moved back to Pensacola in 1997 and received his Masters at UWF. He has been an instructor at PSC since 2000. Randy loved the beach, so dress at the funeral is very casual. He will be buried in his favorite outfit, shorts. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Ralph and Audre Rose, Flomaton, AL; sister-in-law, Carol VanDyke; and brother-in-law, David McCluskey Jr. both of Pensacola, FL. Survivors include his wife, Mary; brother, Mark Rose (Nancy), Chelsea, AL; sister, Cindy Coleman (John) of Northport, AL; sister-in-laws, Brenda Ward (Mike), Chipley, FL, Bonnie Bell (Emory), Gulf Breeze, FL, and Kathy McCluskey; and mother and father-in-laws, David and Dorothy McCluskey of Pensacola. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. A funeral cortege will depart Harper-Morris for a graveside service at 3:00pm at Whitmire Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Ward, Emory Bell, Richard Kirk, Mark Rose, Russell Rose, and Steve Shiver.
