Obituary

Richard LoPiccolo, 70, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 28, 2025, of natural causes. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1954 to Anthony and Janet LoPiccolo and spent his early years there before settling in Florida, where he built his life and family.

He was a devoted husband and father who never judged, who could always be counted on to help or simply to show up when he was needed most. Though not one for many words, Richard's love was steady and unmistakable in his actions. Whether it was offering a ride, fixing something that needed care, or just being there, he made life easier and kinder for those he loved.

Richard found happiness in life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed spending peaceful days fishing, working on cars, and driving his beloved BMWs. He took pride in the things he built and the people he cared for, and he will be remembered for his steady presence, his humor, and quiet kindness.

He is survived by his wife, Tawn LoPiccolo; his children, Elizabeth LoPiccolo (Rhys Ziemba), Kate LoPiccolo, Micah LoPiccolo; his brother, Raymond LoPiccolo; and his grandchildren, Jude, Samantha, and Leaf. He is also survived by other family members and friends who will carry his memory with affection. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
