Robert Shaw Bosso, Jr., 42, of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away Friday, December 17, 2010. Rob was born in Pensacola on August 16, 1968 and lived in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze most of his life. He graduated from Washington High School in 1986 and attended the University of Florida where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He completed his BS degree from UWF. He worked for the past eight years for Lowes in Pensacola and in Gulf Breeze where he was department manager of plumbing. He was an avid sports fan, loved music and cherished his friendships. The light of his life were his two precious daughters, Cassidy and Ashton. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Isobel Simpson; his grandfather, George Simpson; grandparents, Robert and Adelaide Bosso and grandfather, Billy Drennen. He is survived by his daughters, Cassidy Shaw Bosso and Ashton Nicole Bosso; his mother and stepfather, Adine and Michael Roberts; his father and stepmother, Shaw and Wanda Bosso; a brother and sister in law, Ryan and Lindsey Bosso; brother, Mike Roberts and sister in law, Kim Roberts; sister, Laura and brother in law, Curtis Gregg; his former wife and always friend, Tina Bosso; grandmothers, Delores Drennen and Carole Simpson; mother in law, C. Dean Laird; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held 5-7pm, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm, Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Robert Pooley of Coast Community Church and Msgr. Stephen Bosso officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Michael McDonough, Joseph Fuller, Brian Hodges, Curtis Gregg, Mike Roberts and Michael D. Smith. Honorary pallbearer will be Brad Riehm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements.
