Robert G. Moseley, 90, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 5, 2012. He was born in Nashville, TN on August 11, 1921. Mr. Moseley had a 40 year career with the railroad beginning in 1941 as a brakeman with the L&N and retiring in 1982 as an assistant superintendent with CSX. He was a Life Member of John B. Garrett Masonic Lodge Nashville, TN, NARVE, New Life and Fishers of Men at Cokesbury UMC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Willie Moseley; brothers, Arthur, Fessey and Buford Moseley; sisters, Lillian Williams and Margaret Howell; and his son, Robert Michael Moseley. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mary Frances Hite Moseley; daughter, Carole (Mike) Brown; grandchildren, M. Scott Brown of Falls Church, VA, Kerry (Scott) Brown of Pensacola, Rob (Alicia) Moseley of Lebanon, TN, Beth Moseley of Lebanon, TN and their mother, Pam Moseley of Lebanon, TN; and great granddaughters, Tess and Mia Brown of Pensacola. Visitation will be held 2-4pm Friday, June 8, 2012 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Rev. Connie Ragghianti officiating. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park, Pensacola, FL.
