Roy Nelson Racine, 70, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016. Roy was born on June 14, 1946 in Colfax, LA, the son of Henry Nelson and Clara Foster Racine.

He served his country as a member of the US Army, serving during the Viet Nam conflict.

Roy is survived by his wife, Debra Racine; 2 children, Amber Racine and Corey Racine, along with 2 grandchildren, Mariah and Michael Payne and his sister, Becky Joyner from Enid, OK.

A Funeral cortege will depart Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel at 11:15am for Graveside services on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11:45am at Barrancas National Cemetery. Chaplain Ken Griffin will officiate with Army honors.

He was loved by his family and he will be missed to all those that knew him and loved him.
