Ryan Patrick Blanchard, 49, of Pensacola, FL passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 21, 2024.

Ryan was born on October 12, 1974, in Ama, LA and was always a diehard Saints and LSU fan. He found great joy in playing and coaching football, basketball, and volleyball with his kids. Ryan enjoyed cooking, whether it be at home or at work. He also enjoyed playing video games, especially Rocket League and Madden. Going to the beach, walking the dogs, or on a bike ride was his happy place. His greatest joy in life were his kids and his grandkids…they were his world. Ryan was a very loyal, thoughtful, and selfless person, always putting others before himself.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Blanchard; brother, Michael Blanchard; as well as his mother-in-law, Susan Filauri.

Survivors include his spouse, Jennifer Filauri; his three sons, Ryan Blanchard, Tyler Jacobs, and Dominic Blanchard; three daughters, Jordan Blanchard, Taylor Blanchard, and Khloe Blanchard; daughter-in-law, Ashley Payne; as well as his grandchildren, Kennedy Payne, Ayden Payne, Connor Payne, Ro Blanchard.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
